Terms & Conditions, Shipping, Customer Service and IMPORTANT ORDER INFORMATION

Shipping
All products are shipped via UPS Ground or UPS 2-day service.  Orders are shipped on standard business days and usually within 2-5 business days of the date the order was placed- depending on current order volume.

Warranty
Each RACC Canopy is covered by our 30 day return policy and a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Return, Refund and Exchange Policy
You may return or exchange any item purchased on www.raccstore.com within 30 days of delivery date. Customers are required to pay all shipping costs for returns and exchanges.  Refunds will only be granted for merchandise that is unused, unopened, and still in its original packaging.  RACC is not responsible for consumer error when ordering online.  Please review all details of your order before placing your order. RACC will not honor requests after 30 days of delivery.

Returns
To qualify for a return or exhange, merchandise must be new and in its original condition, including packaging, accessories, warranty cards, manuals, etc.  To begin a return or exchange, please contact our customer service department at 1-800-476-5065.  Returns will not be accepted without prior approval.

Exchange
You may exchange a faulty item for the same item by contacting customer service department at 1-800-476-5065 within 30 days of delivery. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item within 30 days of delivery and place another order for the item you wish to purchase.

Damaged/Missing Parts
If your product is damaged or is missing a part, please contact our customer service department at 1-800-476-5065 within 30 days of delivery.
